Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is sold ex-works which means that our responsibility ends after the goods leave our warehouse. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made directly with the carrier. If you require insurance on the goods, please notify our account representative when ordering by phone. All damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of goods. You will be required to provide a damage claim number or discrepancy report from the carrier prior to contacting Imports Tuning within 48 hours.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by informing techqi customer service.

Warranty Policy

Techqi will warranty all products from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the day of shippment. Will send the free replacement in next shipping.Techqi will not honor warranty arising from shipping damage, improper handling, or installation, neglect or abuse. All defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of an techqi representative upon return of the merchandise.

Disclaimer

Techqi sells some components which are intended for off-road use or show purposes only. Laws restricting the use of these parts vary from state-to-state. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the laws in his or her area when using these products.

Some of our lighting products may not be suitable for regular driving condition for it is without DOT, SAE, or CARB approval. Users must follow the direction given and any misuse of these products is at the users risk. The manufacturer, distributor and retailer will not be held responsible for using them other then specified above. Due to limited space, the website may NOT specify that a particular component is intended for "off-road" use.
